HONORING A QUARTER-CENTURY OF SERVICE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH AUTISM AND RELATED DISABILITIES

At Nelson & Nelson, P.A., we are proud to recognize a milestone that is personal to our firm.

In 2000, our shareholders Barry and Judi Nelson founded The Victory Center for Children and Adults with Autism and Related Disabilities to meet a pressing need in the Miami community.

What began as a small, parent-driven effort has grown into a comprehensive program serving children and adults through education, vocational training, therapy, and family support. The Victory Center started with 4 students and now has 33 students. The ratio of teachers to students is 1:1, 1:2; and 1:3, to ensure that students receive the personalized attention they need and deserve.

On November 20, The Victory Center celebrated its 25th anniversary, honoring Robert “Bob” Werner, Martin Dvorkin, and Dr. Michael Alessandri. We extend our sincere congratulations to Barry, Judi, the Victory Center’s leadership and staff, and the families they serve. Their dedication over the last two and a half decades reflects values we hold closely at the firm: service, perseverance, and care for our community.
