Madeline Jackson brings nearly a decade of experience supporting attorneys in estate planning, with a particular focus on legal drafting, document review, and research.

Madeline holds a Juris Master’s degree from Emory University School of Law, where she concentrated in International Human Rights Law. While at Emory, she completed a practicum with the United Nations Working Group on Enforced and Involuntary Disappearances, drafting legal communications and conducting research under the supervision of a sitting Working Group member.

She is known for her precision in legal language and her ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear and comprehensive estate planning documents under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Her attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and thoughtful communication style help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and well cared for throughout the planning process.

In addition to her legal work, Madeline is an advocate for anti-human trafficking education and prevention. She collaborated on the development of FreewayNC, an anti-human trafficking curriculum implemented across North Carolina public schools, and serves on the board of AbolitionNC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking through awareness, education, and survivor support.
