Alexandra Palacios is a certified paralegal with over 15 years of experience at Nelson & Nelson, P.A., where she plays a vital role in the firm’s estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. Known for her calm, compassionate approach and deep familiarity with Florida procedure, Alexandra supports clients through each step of the process with clarity and care. She earned her Political Science degree from the University of Central Florida while focusing on international relations and comparative politics. Alexandra brings a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail to everything she does.

In addition to working closely with clients and attorneys on estate planning, probate, and guardianship files, Alex serves as the firm’s Records Coordinator, overseeing the secure cataloging and maintenance of all original estate planning documents. She also assists the office manager with firm-wide billing operations and supports the administration of Resolution-Solution, LLC.
